PEACE OF MIND Guarantee for COVID
Our PEACE OF MIND guarantee applies automatically when you book. It is FREE.
You will be refunded 100% of the amount paid in the following cases:
- You or someone on the policy has coronavirus (medical certificate required)
- You live in a lockdown zone that prevents you from coming to the campsite
- Your paid leave is postponed by your employer because of company schedule changes caused by lockdown (employer certificate required)
- The Cala Gogo campsite is located in a lockdown zone
Under these circumstances, you have two options: REFUND OR RESCHEDULE.
- You can postpone your trip to any time, subject to availability and the price in effect when you book.
Or
- You can cancel your trip for no charge and be reimbursed in full.
However, you may not receive payment of damages if you cancel. Cancellation requests must be made by email in order to be processed.
ZEN Guarantee (applicable in all cases except COVID)
You can take out our campsite’sZEN guarantee for a price of 3% of the total cost of your stay. It is optional.
If the customer decides not to take out cancellation insurance, they may not claim any refunds in case of cancellation. All cancellation requests must be made by email. The amount paid will be refunded to you as follows:
- 100% more than 30 days before the start of your trip (booking fees and cancellation insurance non-refundable).
- 50% more than 15 days before the start of your trip (booking fees and cancellation insurance non-refundable).
- 25% more than 7 days before the start of your trip (booking fees and cancellation insurance non-refundable).
- Less than 7 days before the start of your trip, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Cancellation insurance applies: In the case of serious illness, death of a family member, significant damage to your own property, theft, vehicle theft.
